ACE Crows forward Taylor Walker will line up against Carlton at the MCG on Saturday after being cleared of serious damage to his thigh.
Walker was subbed out of the 52-point win against the Western Bulldogs on Sunday after being floored by a hard hit from tough utility Nick Lower.
The third-quarter collision left Walker badly winded and limping with a nasty corked thigh.
He was handed the red vest and replaced by fellow forward Jason Porplyzia in the final term.
Walker spent Sunday night at home attached to an ice machine to treat the bruising.
The club yesterday reported he had recovered well and was in no doubt to tackle the Blues, who opened their 2013 winning account by upsetting West Coast at Patersons Stadium on Saturday night.
"He'll definitely play," Adelaide football operations manager Phil Harper said.
"He's recovered well and there's nothing structurally wrong, he was just a bit sore after that big hit.
"He probably could have played on but we wanted to give Porps (Porplyzia) a run and given Taylor was hurting, we thought it was the logical substitution."
Midfielder Scott Thompson will also be available for the Carlton clash after he was offered a reprimand for engaging in rough conduct against Dogs defender Brett Goodes.
Thompson was charged with a level one offence by the AFL match review panel for making contact with Goodes near the boundary line during the third quarter.
The incident was assessed as negligent contact (one point), low impact (one point) and high contact (two points).
The total of four activation points resulted in a classification of a level one offence, drawing 125 demerit points and a one-match sanction.
Because of a six-year good record, Thompson can accept a reprimand and 70.31 points towards his future record with an early plea.
The Crows will this morning decide whether to take the plea or challenge the verdict.
Thompson cannot be suspended even if he loses a challenge.
