ONE OF the fun aspects of Jobe Watson winning the Brownlow Medal last year was that there were photos floating around that demonstrated how he had transformed himself from a pudgy little kid into a powerful AFL champion.

Have a look at the difference between Jobe as a 13 year old and the Jobe who kicked the match-sealer against Adelaide in Round 1 (below).

Not surprisingly it is quite often the sons of champion footballers who end up having their childhood photographs splashed about, usually when they are wearing their dad's colours and holding a footy.

Think Gary Ablett Senior and sons, Ken and Dustin Fletcher, Michael and Shane Tuck, Jim and Andrew Krakouer.
And it is a bit of fun to look at the player as a youngster and see how he has changed over the years.

This week we've delved into the vault and found 22 images of AFL players from their junior days. See if you can work out who the footballer is from the clues provided.
